Henry Repeating Arms has begun shipping its new Explorer Carbine series, first unveiled at the 2026 SHOT Show. Available in popular centerfire platforms, the carbines feature a Burnt Bronze Cerakote finish on the lever, receiver, barrel, and magazine tube, inspired by the American Southwest’s landscapes. The finish enhances durability and resistance to wear. Each model includes a threaded 16.5-inch barrel, adjustable sights, drilled-and-tapped receiver for optics, sling swivel studs, checkered American walnut pistol-grip stock and fore-end, and a ventilated recoil pad.
The lineup includes the H9 in .30-30 Winchester and .360 Buckhammer (4-round capacity), H10 in .45-70 Gov’t (4-round), and H12 in .357 Mag/.38 Spl or .44 Mag/.44 Spl (7-round). MSRP is $1,430. Henry CEO Anthony Imperato noted the design evolved from an experimental Burnt Bronze finish, with plans for more regionally inspired variants based on customer input. The rifles are made in America and available through licensed dealers.
