Under the auspices of a Military Light Frame Limited User Evaluation, Marine Corps Systems Command is testing the Mastery Ranch Nylinear Individual Carrying Equipment Frame for use with the Family of Improved Load Bearing Equipment pack. LUEs are used to either inform requirements or as a precursor to larger procurements.
