Speer has been awarded a duty rifle ammunition contract with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The contract has a ceiling value of $7 million over five years and calls for Speer to supply Gold Dot Tipped .308 ammunition. CBP is one of the world’s largest law enforcement agencies and is charged with border security and overseeing the lawful execution of international trade and travel.
