In 2021, the Swiss company Victorinox was selected to provide multi tools to the Australian Defence Force. These same tools are now available in the US through The Windrose Group.

Purchased by the ADF under Land 125 Phase 4 Integrated Soldier System – Field Equipment, the Victorinox Swiss Tool Spirit MXBS (NSN 5110-66-166-1357) was specifically designed for the ADF. It features 24 functions including single hand operation of both the primary and secondary blades, designed to successfully integrate with combat gloves.
