The National Association of Sporting Goods Wholesalers (NASGW) announced that Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc. has joined VAULT as a founding member and strategic partner. Ruger is committing all its firearms SKUs and brands to the platform, providing distributors and retail customers with current, standardized product data to ensure accuracy and efficiency across sales channels.
VAULT is NASGW’s centralized product data platform aimed at eliminating redundant data entry, reducing errors, and serving as a single source of truth for manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in the shooting sports industry. Ruger’s participation is described as a significant milestone in the platform’s launch.
Ruger President and CEO Todd Seyfert stated that VAULT solves a real industry problem by standardizing product information distribution, benefiting distributors and retailers. Senior VP Rob Werkmeister highlighted NASGW’s track record of innovative programs that strengthen the channel.
