Hawaii’s Democrat Gov. Signs Bill Barring People Under the Age of 21 from Buying or Possessing Ammunition

Hawaii Gov. Josh Green (D) signed legislation that not only bars people under age 21 from purchasing ammo, but also prohibits their possession of it.
