Title: Supreme Court Snubs Challenge to California’s Public Gun Show Ban
Well, folks, it looks like the U.S. Supreme Court just gave a big ol’ shrug to the Second Amendment Foundation and the California Rifle & Pistol Association. On April 28, they declined to hear a case challenging California’s 2022 law that bans gun shows on public property. Yep, you heard that right – no more gun shows on taxpayer-funded land in the Golden State. The SAF and CRPA, along with other pro-gun groups, tried to fight the good fight, but SCOTUS said, “Nah, we’re good.” So, for now, California’s public property remains a no-go zone for gun enthusiasts looking to browse the latest and greatest in firearms. Ain’t that a kick in the head?
