Title: PA Supreme Court Throws Out Gun Lawsuit, Upholds PLCAA
In a unanimous smackdown, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled on March 31 that the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) is constitutional and totally shuts down the Gustafson v. Springfield, Inc. lawsuit. This case involved a 13-year-old and a gun, but the court said, “Nope, PLCAA applies here, case closed!” Looks like the 2004 law signed by President George W. Bush still packs a punch.
