Franklin Armory notified consumers, dealers, and distributors that ATF “requested” that all 5.56mm Antithesis firearms be returned “voluntarily” so that the agency could issue a new classification. The company noted “We were surprised by this in light of the U.S. District Court’s ruling in FRAC v. Bondi.” They go on to note “We encourage customers who have taken possession of an Antithesis firearm to contact Franklin Armory Customer service for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and shipping label.”
