NSSF® praised South Dakota’s Gov. Larry Rhoden for signing NSSF-supported legislation to protect the financial privacy of residents exercising their Second Amendment rights to keep and bear arms. Gov. Rhoden signed SB 81, an act to prohibit the use of a firearm code for transactions involving firearms, accessories, components and ammunition.
