D&M Holding Company, Inc. (D&M) and DEMCO Holding Company (DEMCO), a Saudi Arabian defense company, signed a strategic partnership agreement during the DSEI 2025 event in London, agreeing on developing, constructing, and commissioning state-of-the-art propellant and primer manufacturing facilities in Saudi Arabia.
