Safariland announced its Vice President and General Manager of Defense Technology, Dave DuBay, has been named the recipient of the 2025 Spirit of NTOA Award from the National Tactical Officers Association. The NTOA is dedicated to improving public safety and domestic security through training, education and tactical excellence.
