TriStar Arms has announced the Viper G3, the next generation of its Viper semi-automatic shotgun series. The gas-operated shotgun is designed as a flagship for the lineup, with a more robust internal system, oversized controls, and broader ammunition versatility out of the box. Every model has a 3-inch chamber and is offered in 12, 20, and 28 gauge as well as .410 bore.

Features include a fiber-optic front sight, vent rib with matted sight plane, chrome-lined chamber and barrel, and Beretta/Benelli Mobil-pattern choke compatibility. Stock shim kits are available on applicable models. The lineup spans hunting, camouflage, and sporting configurations with finishes such as walnut, bronze Cerakote, synthetic, TrueTimber Atera, Mossy Oak Bottomland, and Shadow Grass Habitat, plus sporting variants. Suggested retail pricing ranges from $739 to $1,129 depending on configuration.
