TriStar Arms has announced the Viper G3, the next generation of its Viper semi-automatic shotgun series. The gas-operated shotgun features a more robust internal system, oversized controls, a 3-inch chamber, and is designed to cycle a wider range of ammunition out of the box. It is offered in 12, 20 and 28 gauge as well as .410 bore.
Standard features include a fiber-optic front sight, vent rib with matted sight plane, chrome-lined chamber and barrel, and Beretta/Benelli Mobil-pattern choke compatibility. Stock shim kits are available on applicable models. Configurations include walnut, bronze Cerakote, synthetic, and several camouflage and sporting finishes, with MSRP ranging from $739 to $1,129 depending on model.
The Viper G3 builds on the earlier Viper G2 platform. Additional details and specifications are available at tristararms.com.
