Streamlight Inc. announced that its TLR-7 X weapon light is part of a $39 million CAD contract awarded to Canadian distributor Rampart Corporation. The contract supplies the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Canada’s primary federal police force, with a new duty pistol system including the Glock 45 MOS 7 pistol, TLR-7 X, a red dot sight, and duty holster. The procurement was led by Public Services and Procurement Canada following a competitive process.

The TLR-7 X provides 550 lumens of brightness with a concentrated beam and optimized peripheral illumination. It features customizable switches for different shooting styles, designed for tactical applications.
