In Part 1 of this series, I started at the affordable end of the WE Knife family with the SENCUT Tauron. At $46.50, the Tauron was a pretty straightforward EDC folder. D2 steel, G10 scales, a liner lock and both flipper and thumb stud opening made it a conventional knife that did everything I asked of it.
