Custom and Collectible Firearms now sells a limited customized Colt Python revolver known as the Sidewinder for 2999.99 dollars. The firm does not manufacture original firearms and instead modifies existing models from other makers. The Sidewinder features a blued finish, Hogue grips, a Vortex red-dot optic, a SureFire weapon light, and a gold-plated flat trigger.
Colt introduced the Python in 1955, ended first-generation production in 2005, and resumed a second-generation version in 2020 that uses CNC-machined parts for greater durability. The company performs comparable custom work on other Colt revolvers such as the King Cobra and Single Action Army.
