Taurus added an 8 3/8 inch barrel to the 350 Legend Raging Hunter, joining the 10-inch and 14-inch versions, for an overall length of 14.8 inches based on customer requests for a more maneuverable handgun. Hunters in straight-wall-only deer states get a six-shot option using full moon clips for the rimless cartridge, with factory porting, gas expansion chamber, cushioned insert grip, and Taurus Double Lock System managing recoil and securing the cylinder. The Raging Hunter series received American Hunter's 2019 Golden Bullseye for Handgun of the Year.
