Taurus now offers Flat Dark Earth on the slide and frame of its TX9 duty-rated striker-fired 9mm in full-size, compact and sub-compact, with a matte black barrel. The Taurus Modular System uses a serialized chassis so one serial number can serve all three frame sizes. All models are optics-ready via T.O.R.O., take standard-dovetail iron sights including a removable white-dot front and drift-adjustable rear, and have an ambidextrous slide release, reversible magazine catch and four backstraps.

A firing pin block and trigger safety are included; assembly and testing occur in the USA with a limited lifetime warranty. Magazine capacities are 17+1, 15 and 13 respectively, each pistol shipping with two magazines for an MSRP of $499.99.
