Soldiers assigned to the Maneuver Battle Lab met with capability developers at McKenna Field Landing Site on Fort Benning in Georgia from July 27 through August 7. The team evaluated current unmanned aircraft kept aloft by tethers.

These platforms are meant to help maneuver units work around landscape barriers, maintain continuous scouting and watching, and extend their communications reach.
