Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks proposes to restore and shore up the upstream riverbank at Kelly Island Fishing Access Site beside the Spurgin Road parking area in Missoula. The agency also proposes the same action at Kona Bridge Fishing Access Site, likewise in Missoula on the Clark Fork River.
