A dynamic active killer situation in an apartment building in Minneapolis in early September became a topic of discussion as badge cam video was released showing the events. As always, seeing live engagements take place on video is compelling. It allows us to engage in “meaningful dialogue;” hopefully, less “blame-game” and more “how do we do this better?”
