A Wilson Combat customer specified a Rhodesian camouflage coating on an EDC X9 pistol. The pattern comes from African counterinsurgency campaigns in the 1970s and 1980s and uses irregular earth-tone brush marks. On this compact double-stack model the coating applies amber, tan, and sage green across the slide and frame.
The finished pistol was shown as Photo of the Day. Base EDC X9 pistols start near 3500 dollars before a custom coating and any further options.
