What a year it’s been on the legal front for the gun industry—basically, a game of whack-a-mole, with the hoplophobes popping up with new anti-gun laws as quickly as the shooting industry can shoot down the old ones. We see this happening again in Connecticut now, where the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF—the industry body that represents the gun industry) is suing the state over its so-called “striker-fired” ban on pistols with cruciform triggers.
