MFSI Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit also known as MMSSA Future Shooters Initiative Inc., has named Paul Pluff its Executive Director. Pluff spent almost 30 years in management at Smith & Wesson and 10 more years at Sturm, Ruger & Company until he retired in September 2025.

He will oversee growth of the group's shooting sports leagues and teams so families, youths, and communities can take part in safe, responsible shooting sports. The organization holds that shooting sports belong to everyone and uses education plus teamwork to bring in more families and build future participants of every age and skill level.
