Trailblazer Firearms has released a centerfire version of its folding LifeCard pistol in .380 ACP, with a .32 option also available. The new model keeps the compact folded shape of the earlier .22 LR LifeCard and opens to nearly the same overall size, though it is slightly larger.

The centerfire pistol feels heavier in the hand, with a grip that is a bit wider and features a modest curve at the rear. Its barrel is thicker to handle higher pressure, which makes the gun muzzle-heavy.
