A Georgia state court in DeKalb County dismissed with prejudice every claim in Jordan versus SIG Sauer Inc. SIG Sauer issued a statement on September 1, 2026 from Newington, New Hampshire after that ruling.

The firm has now secured dismissals in more than 20 lawsuits involving the P320. SIG Sauer manufactures firearms, electro-optics, ammunition, and advanced concepts.
