Blocker Outdoors has launched the Wooltex Jacket and Pant as a wool and polyester fleece hybrid that is windproof by construction, treated with the firm's S3 antimicrobial finish using silver ions against odor-causing bacteria, and offered in Realtree XT-3 camouflage. The jacket has an adjustable three-piece hood, a harness port and three pockets, while the pant has six pockets, articulated knees, an integrated belt with a quick-release buckle, rear waistband elastic and leg zippers. NEXUS Outdoors marketing director Steve Allie said the blend yields more warmth for the weight carried, and Wooltex costs less than most premium wool-blend hunting outerwear.
