Operating Partners Group has bought Allen-Vanguard, a long-established supplier of radio frequency systems used in electronic warfare and protection against remote bombs and drones. The deal follows a receivership that the company recently completed.

The buyer, a specialist investor in European electronic warfare firms, is led by Miles Graham. Allen-Vanguard President Bobby Strawbridge welcomed the investment for future expansion.

Graham said the purchase fits the existing portfolio and will help move intellectual property into Canadian and worldwide markets while adding signals intelligence work.
