Alabama wildlife officials will host in-person sessions on white-tailed deer from September 8 to November 5, 2026, at sites throughout the state. Registration is available so attendees can review the complete schedule of events.

The gatherings will address herd condition, harvest patterns, earlier restoration efforts, a state deer assistance program, and methods for handling animals plus their land. They are aimed at property owners, hunters, and anyone focused on conservation.

Lead wildlife managers, biologists, and other specialists will appear at local town halls or online meetings to cover resource oversight, nearby hunting and fishing, habitat work, and native species variety.
