Pulsar has launched the Thermion 3 LRF, the third generation of its classic-design thermal riflescope, in XR60 and XT60 configurations. The update extends laser rangefinding to 1,312 yards, uses sharper sensors (1280×1024 HD on the XT60 and next-generation 640×480 on the XR60), adds a 2560×2560 AMOLED display, longer battery life with a user-replaceable battery, and an integrated ballistic calculator with Stream Vision Ballistics support, while keeping traditional riflescope handling and a 30 mm mounting tube.
The XT60 offers 2–24x magnification and a 14.6-degree field of view for mixed-range use; the XR60 provides 4–40x magnification suited to open-field and longer-distance observation. Both use a 60 mm F1.0 objective, recoil-activated video recording with 128 GB storage, Stream Vision 2 connectivity, and an IP67-rated aluminum housing. The scopes are made in Europe and carry a five-year warranty, with availability through Pulsar’s authorized dealer network.
