Longshot Cameras has released version 5.3.5 of the Longshot App, with updates aimed at reducing video latency, speeding up live streaming, and improving how shooters review range sessions. Compatible Longshot Install and Competition Kit systems with microphones can now stream camera audio with the live video feed.

Session- and shot-marker tools have been expanded so users can keep session markers and use continuous marker counting. The Blinker Shot Locator adds Capture on Mark, which automatically captures a new Blinker image when a shot marker is placed. A new Analyze Media feature provides a dedicated way to work with recorded shooting media.

The app, available on iOS and Android, continues to offer live target video, shot marking, group measurement, zero adjustment, session recording, and media management. Longshot President Clay Rhoden said the updates are intended to make the app faster and more responsive while giving shooters better tools to track and analyze sessions.
