AGM Global Vision in Fort Worth, Texas, has appointed Svetlana Richter as vice president for international sales. She has more than twenty years in night vision and thermal imaging and previously headed sales at Yukon Advanced Optics Worldwide, which markets Yukon and Pulsar products.

Richter will develop new markets, grow partner relationships, and raise brand awareness abroad. Chief executive Gary Tarakanov said her European account experience matches goals for lasting overseas partnerships. President Mark Tarakanov said she will join the growing European staff to apply the same principles that made the firm a U.S. leader in thermal and night vision.
