Two Wisconsin hunters, Sarah Eloranta and Jessie Wilson, filled their Type 7 early-season rifle cow elk tags almost simultaneously during a women’s-only hunt in the Snowy Range mountains above Centennial, Wyoming, according to Cowboy State Daily. The pair dropped both animals from roughly 60 yards on Aug. 16, then faced a miles-long pack-out through thick timber that stretched well past dark.
