Staccato 2011 of Florence, Texas, named Oregon State Police SWAT the winner of its 2026 national championship presented by Trijicon after three days of competition ending Sept. 27 at a purpose-built ranch in Pahrump, Nevada. Nearly 40 law-enforcement units from more than a dozen states plus Canada and Puerto Rico took part, with Washoe County deputies second and Lubbock officers third.
Each five-person squad, including an alternate, ran eight primary stages and five side stages before a four-stage head-to-head close. The Oregon unit earned $50,000 of a $150,000 total for gear and training while using pistols from the host brand such as the P4, P4.5, XC and P on the 550-acre high-desert site west of Las Vegas.
