Jaime West is seeking a Fayette County Council seat in Indiana. In a campaign interview she said she had prepared no opening remarks, then noted that she operates a small cleaning firm and has three adult children.

Pressed on an action she would take for the county even if it proved unpopular, she said she would dismiss all Republicans and that she refuses to speak with them because she dislikes them. She also alleged that a sheriff deputy had threatened to shoot her in the head and that federal immigration agents were eliminating jobs.

She ended by looking into the camera and saying Democrats own firearms as well.
