Major television networks including Fox News have halted their own camera work at President Donald Trump’s routine appearances after the White House barred CNN, MS NOW, and Politico. Bryan Boughton, Fox News Washington bureau chief and television-pool chair, informed colleagues that the shared video operation would stop at once because CNN could not complete its assigned rotation, with no substitute arrangement.

The five networks that take turns supplying and sharing footage will therefore leave designated events without network cameras, though the White House still streams its own pictures on official sites. Monday’s South Lawn ribbon-cutting and subsequent United Nations travel carried no network camera on the schedule, and Trump’s New York meetings with Mayor Zohran Mamdani and French President Emmanuel Macron are closed to journalists. Trump stated the action addresses inaccurate coverage rather than the press.
