Antonia Hylton took an MS NOW crew to the Big Bend area of Texas to report on landowners and the border wall for the debut of The Assignment. After visiting Alvarado Ranch they continued into remote desert, and their Jeep Wagoneer became stuck on the terrain as daylight faded.

Eight Border Patrol agents arrived in four trucks after nightfall and rescued the stranded team.
