Jacob Pearson, 35, of Orlando rammed Citibank’s Brandon campus gate after threatening collections over a $2,500 bill and fatally shot Leanne Selman, 41, with a handgun after his rifle jammed. Citibank security officer John Fraley, a Marine veteran and vice president and intelligence lead analyst, fired from a men’s restroom, exchanging shots and hitting Pearson five times. Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister said Pearson carried 90 rounds intending to kill as many as possible among more than 3,200 employees; four others were treated and released, Pearson died at a hospital, and Chronister said Fraley stopped the attack.
