After four people followed him from Atlanta to Buford on Sept. 5 to commit robbery, an unarmed man took a silver revolver from Marvin Wiley, 23, of Atlanta, killed Wiley, and shot E’imod Sanchez Toboris Taylor, Corporal J.K. Bell testified Wednesday. Taylor and Brinson Bernard Crumbley, 23, are charged in connection with Wiley's death. The man who used the gun is a convicted felon prohibited from possessing a firearm and remains uncharged.
