The Second Amendment Foundation announced from Bellevue, Washington, on August 31, 2026, that Brownells renewed its Silver-level corporate partnership.

The Iowa company, family-owned and based in Grinnell since 1939, sells tools, components, accessories, ammunition and technical information used by hunters, competitive shooters, gunsmiths and police to assemble and service firearms.

Foundation Executive Director Adam Kraut said Brownells has served customers for over 80 years and that SAF, after more than 50 years of litigation, now has more than 55 cases underway, two of them awaiting oral argument at the Supreme Court.
