Aero Precision and three related brands have returned to operation under a family investment group after financial and production problems halted manufacturing, delayed shipments, and weakened customer support. The new owners, described as firearms enthusiasts and military supporters who also back the Second Amendment, say they intend to keep the existing American factories, products, and workforce.

They plan to complete outstanding customer orders first, then raise output and rebuild supplier ties. The companies had been known for affordable AR-15 parts. Management has acknowledged past shortfalls and said it must regain buyer confidence.
