Whitetails Unlimited is again backing Tree Stand Safety Awareness Month alongside the Tree Stand Safety Awareness Foundation. The campaign runs all of September and seeks to sharpen attention on elevated-platform hunting while lowering related accidents.

President Jeff Schinkten pointed to the approaching archery season as a timely moment for hunters to refresh their habits. The foundation presents four core principles labeled the ABCs of tree stand safety.
