GrabAGun Digital Holdings Inc. (NYSE: PEW) finished acquiring Camfour LLC on October 26, 2026 for about $34.0 million in cash from its reserves without external financing or new shares. Camfour, a 1952-founded Westfield, Massachusetts wholesaler of firearms, ammunition, and outdoor products, had audited net revenue of about $77.4 million for the year ended December 31, 2025, part from sales to GrabAGun that consolidation will eliminate, and continues separately under its name with current dealer terms. Results for third quarter 2026 and deal commentary come November 12, 2026 after the close, with a 4:30 p.m. Eastern conference call.
