A modified UMP 11/9 upper receiver now accepts the larger trip bars from the DB9 Alloy. The part, sourced from Patriot Machine Tools, ran well with a JC Arms bolt. A compatible lower from Phoenix Designworks prompted the dedicated upper.

No beta testing took place and printed trips went untried. The design may raise wear by omitting the printed TPU buffer, and users proceed at their own risk.
