A Bambu Lab P1S profile in OrcaSlicer using 300BlkFDE PLA+ filament is intended for fully dense objects that require high strength.
The setup tilts models 15 degrees and orients aligned rectilinear infill along the walls so the fill functions like additional perimeters even when only three walls are specified; the tilt must be changed to match each part’s placement. Speeds are reduced to raise print quality and improve bonding between layers. Alternate extra walls together with 0.4 mm inner walls and 0.8 mm internal solid infill shift the infill by half its width on successive layers to produce a brick pattern, and the slower motion also assists the wider infill. Fuzzy skin is applied only to exterior surfaces to conceal defects and improve appearance.
