Attorney Edward Paltzik spoke Monday on Fox and Friends about Michael Desronvil, a holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy trial whose stance produced a mistrial. Host Kayleigh McEnany said Desronvil had given her his full name, Michael Peguy Desronvil, and recalled that the jury foreperson had submitted a note about an unnamed juror who would not apply the reasonable-doubt standard.

Paltzik stated that Desronvil never held reasonable doubt and that substantial evidence supported that view.
