Pete Davidson, formerly of Saturday Night Live, is slowly having most of his tattoos removed by laser while retaining the Hillary Clinton likeness on his right calf. He acquired it in 2017 and announced the addition on Instagram as a Christmas present to Clinton along with high praise for her.

A number of the tattoos had concealed scars left by cutting during earlier self-harm. Once he quit drugs and reached improved mental health, he began the removals because the work was of low quality, demanded extra makeup time to cover before filming, and stemmed from a painful phase he no longer identifies with.

The Clinton tattoo will stay, as he likes her and sees her as a good friend.
