Warren said she favors lower prices for American families and seeks steps that actually work. She stated that Trump and Republicans have not described their goal or method while conditions worsen, and that the administration misstates U.S. service member deaths, costs, and harm to nearby sites instead of conceding error and reversing course.

She questioned why his comments on the conflict should be credited after he forecast an end within a week, then a month, and claimed full command of the Strait of Hormuz, adding that such remarks reflect only his own thinking.
