Blaize Shiek, a male Minnesota Vikings cheerleader, posted an Instagram clip of his cosmetics application and full game-day process for roughly 77,000 followers as the NFL regular season nears. He joined the squad before the 2025-26 campaign.

Nearly one-third of NFL teams fielded male cheerleaders last year. Some clubs, including Green Bay, restrict men to stunts with women, while Shiek dances in a style that has grown more common yet still draws mixed social-media reactions.
